I am a Research Fellow in the ADAPT Centre at Trinity College Dublin, working on natural language processing. My research interests include different aspects of terminology extraction, multi-word expressions and distributional lexical semantics, as well as the industrial applications of these aspects.

I complted my PhD in 2015. My thesis supervisor was Martin Emms and my examiners were Saturnino Luz and Anna Korhonen. My PhD was funded by the Centre for Next Generation Localisation (CNGL) at Trinity College Dublin.

Previously I worked in Microsoft Ireland as Linguistic Engineer, developing tools that supported the company's multilingual terminology efforts.

I have a Computer Systems Engineering degree (1998) from Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Feel free to browse these pages to know more about myself and my work.
